Silver Lake Resources could push gold processing following new discovery

SILVER Lake Resources has announced that it has discovered new gold structures at Mount Monger, Western Australia.

The gold producer and explorer is conducting an eight hole underground drilling program at Daisy Milano mine which is part of the Mount Monger operation.

During this programme the company confirmed the location of the Rosemary structure as well as discovered two additional structures were intersected approximately 40 and 85 metres from Daisy Milano mine respectively.

Drilling in the area is planned to resume once assays have been returned from this current underground programme in late July 2009.

Les Davis Managing Director says that the structures identified by this drilling are readily accessible from existing infrastructure and demonstrate the near mine exploration potential.

Gold ore from Mount Monger is transported to Silver Lake’s 300,000 tpa Lakewood Gold Processing Facility located five km south east of Kalgoorlie and just 45 km from the Daisy Milano mine.
