VISTA Gold Australia conducts Mt Todd mine pre-feasibility study

VISTA Gold Australia is conducting a pre-feasibility study into gold processing at the Mt Todd mine, Northern Territory.

The mine was abandoned in closed in July 2000 leaving toxic waste and poisonous mine tailings.

Vista’s Director Ray Iacono says the company will rehabilitate the environment, regardless of whether the mine re-opens.
