KSB Australia has released the ZW pump series is suitable for use in the mineral processing industry.
The units made from either high chrome or duplex stainless steel parts are designed to handle aggressive, corrosive and abrasive slurry applications.
KSB Australia says the pumps can be used in applications, such as dewatering, floor clean-up and process transfer.
The company says the pump has unique top and bottom suction, which allows for high concentration pumping and maximum clearing of the sump, while its semi-open impeller design allows free passage for large solids.
The ZW heavy duty bearing arrangement delivers rugged service life with a wide variety of motor size options, as well as enhanced application flexibility through a V-belt or direct connected drive.
